1. Data controller

2. What personal data we process

In connection with a reservation and use of the Service we process:

• identification and contact details: first name, last name and email address (phone number is optional);
• reservation details: the chosen location, box size, and storage date and time;
• payment data: processed solely by the payment-gateway provider — we do not store card numbers.

If you contact us through the franchise form, we process your name, email, phone (optional), city and the content of your message.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — creating and confirming your reservation and delivering box access credentials;
• compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) — in particular keeping accounting and tax records;
• legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — handling your enquiries and ensuring the security and operation of the Service;
• consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — analytics and marketing cookies used to measure traffic, improve the website and measure advertising, processed only where you have given consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Recipients and processors

We share your data only to the extent necessary with the following categories of recipients:

• the online payment-gateway provider — to process your payment;
• Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Maps map tiles shown on location pages and, with your consent, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads for website-usage and advertising measurement;
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — with your consent, the Meta pixel for advertising measurement;
• the provider operating the reservation system and hosting.

We do not transfer data to third countries beyond the standard safeguards offered by the providers above, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

5. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Service and thereafter for the period required by law (e.g. accounting and tax records for the statutory period). Data from an in-progress reservation is stored only temporarily in your browser (see Cookies and local storage).

6. Your rights

In relation to the processing you have, in particular, the right to:

• access your personal data and obtain a copy;
• rectify inaccurate data and complete incomplete data;
• erasure (the "right to be forgotten") and restriction of processing;
• data portability;
• object to processing based on legitimate interest.

You can exercise your rights at info@oxpoint.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

7. Cookies and local storage

This website uses necessary and functional browser storage to operate. With your consent we load, through Google Tag Manager, analytics (Google Analytics 4) to understand how the site is used and marketing tools (such as Google Ads and the Meta pixel) to measure advertising. You can review or withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. The storage we use is listed below.

Necessary storage does not require consent. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after you opt in — we apply Google Consent Mode v2, so nothing is collected beforehand. You can manage cookies in your browser settings or via “Cookie settings” in the footer; without the necessary storage, however, the reservation process may not work correctly.
